Well I always wondered why we never got a decent chair in this house the cats have that honor. Every time you go to sit down oops a cat.

Cards

These are just a few of the cards I have been working on. I am making cards for a Cancer Charity for them to sell and raise money. Just hope they are ok.

Back Again!!

Its been a long time I was on this blog I think after my shoulder operation I slowed down and didn't do half the things I used to. Last year was terrible my right shoulder went and now still waiting for a operation for the frozen joint. In June my Nan passed away aged 99 she was 7 weeks off her 100th birthday. The funeral was very quiet, I just couldn't accept she was gone. On August 24th We had to have my eldest cat put to sleep it was so hard to accept he was so ill because he looked so healthy but he passed away in peace he had Feline Dementia and was nearly blind too.

This is Tommy a few months before he passed away.

This is my Gran when she celebrated her 96th Birthday. She will always be remembered.

I am Back !!!

Wow I have been a bad blogger 2010 was my last post cannot believe where the time has gone.

Well what has happened I have had a lot of health problems the Panic attacks are a big issue atm but I am on meds and they are keeping me in check. These attacks came to a head in May this year when I was looking after a child at work and had to call the paramedics I was in a bad state of affairs and needed the first aider on call they had to take me home and I had to see the Dr the very next day who put me on Diazapan and was off work for 10 days. I had to give my job up lucky for me I had a office job to go to so that's what I am doing now in the office of a glazing firm.

I have been doing some Christmas cards which I will upload at some point this week there are loads so will choose some for you to look at I have done quite a few which I have recycled from last year.


In August I also got engaged to the love of my life no wedding plans yet just going to see what happens.

Lets hope I can keep up to date with this blog.

Large Christmas Cards.

These are large cards A4 or just over A5 size.



The father Christmas one is for my youngest son I have decoupaged this and in one part its 5 layers.




This is a piece of scrapbook paper which was too nice to cover up so cut into 4 photos and used them on cards matted onto antique gold card.






This I bought as a sticker which wasn't peeling so instead I matted it and used it as a topper.

Above is a 3D peel off which I placed on lavender paper and ribbon and used a lilac card to put the peel off on and just used a celebration banner.




This football card was made for my boyfriend from my boys I used a Kanban football topper and football peel offs



This was a quickie card for a work colleague as she became a Nan to a boy

These are a few Christmas Cards I have been making.


Above is a large square card which is glitter embossed and just used a sticker mounted onto acetate this one is for one of my American friends.



These are glitter stickers which I put on acetate and used the new vintage PM papers.

Birthday Card.

This is the card I have made for my boyfriends birthday he is football mad unlike my two sons. I used some sport paper and football items peel offs and a banner and some grey card with a Kanban image of a footballer. Just hope it looks ok to him.

Disney CJ

I took part in a Disney Cj over on UKS this was the first themed CJ i have been in and because it was Disney too I just loved it. I received the journal back late last week and and just love all the entries so thank you to each and every one of you that took the time and effort to complete a page for me :) :)
